Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days.

Follow these steps for returns:

1. Notify us of your return at binlokhelp@gmail.com
2. Pack up your lock into its original packaging
3. Attach the included shipping label to the box your order arrived in
4. Drop off your package at any USPS location, or leave it with a USPS mail carrier
